Beijing CP Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd.
    Beijing CP Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987. It was reformed from Beijing Chaoyang Non-staple Food Wholesale Company in May 2002. Today, it is a subsidiary of Beijing JingKeLong Co. Ltd., a Hong Kong listed company(list code:0814), after the Share-trading Reform in 2010. 
1. Overview
    (1) Its registered capital is 500 million Yuan. Its total assets exceed 50 billion Yuan.
    (2) The Company has seven management centers, which are Business Management Center, Administrative Management Center, Human Resource Management Center, Financial Management Center, Information Processing Center, Logistics Distribution Center, Retail Operation Center and; Five business divisions in the fields of wine, food, e-commerce, logistics I and logistics II; and five functional departments including the Non-local Management Department, E-commerce Department, OBM Department, International Business Department, and Legal Affairs Department.
    (3) There are 31 subsidiaries of the Company. Among them, 19 are settled in Beijing (5 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 14 holding companies), 9 non-local companies (4 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 5 holding companies), 2 holding companies in Hong Kong – Hong Kong CP (Asia) Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong CP MLS Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. and 1 overseas  e-commerce subsidiary in Shanghai.
    (4) Business Mode: It mainly acts as a wholesaler and agent supported by the logistics, and is engaged in exclusive agent, cooperative distribution, service terminal, packing, warehousing and distribution, TPL , e-commerce and international trade.
2. Business
    Relying on its economic strength and marketing capability, Beijing CP Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. has consistently developed famous products at home and abroad, and thus has grown into one of the largest comprehensive agents of famous brands as well as one of the major providers for enterprises in and around Beijing .
(1) Agency Business
1. Brands
    The Company has established cooperative relationship with more than 500 well-known manufacturers, among which, over 70 choose the Company as their sole dealer, sole agent or the biggest distributor in Beijing. Its business covers over 20,000 items of more than 600 qualified brands, including beverage, grains, snacks, cordial drink, daily products, personal care, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, knitwear and small home appliances.
Meanwhile, the Company has carried out the OBM strategy to create its own brands of Yinya (article for daily use), Childe Miao, Shangzhen, the Delicacy (snack food), and Dr. Mo (snacks), FROM (cosmetics), Zhaoxixiangchu (condiment), Wonderful Journey (domestic daily chemical products), Mofuni (imported daily chemical products) and custom-made brands, such as Niulanshan (well-known Chinese liquor brand) cap with the shape of an official hat. It has gradually expanded its OBM of daily necessities and food, which acts as a link to enlarge the scope of cooperation and achieves win-win cooperation.
2. Distribution Channels
    (1)The distribution channels of the Company cover nearly 20,000 retailers in Beijing and the surrounding areas, including shopping malls, warehouse clubs, supermarkets, supermarket chains, convenience stores, small exclusive shops and restaurants.
Thanks to the group operation, the Company is accelerating its pace to expand its market. It has selected the best locations with convenient transportation to develop its business of trans-regional distribution and agency.
    (2) Retail Business
    The Company has implemented the strategy of terminal extension. Relying on its own advantages, it has expanded the retail business at the right moment. At present, it has opened nearly 18 retail stores in Datong. Meanwhile, it has continued to expand the retail markets and broaden the fields of cooperation so as to create the CP brand of retail sales.
    (3) E-commerce Business
    The Company is keeping pace with the time to rapidly explore the B2B business. It has cooperated with more than ten large e-commerce platforms, such as JD.com, YHD.com, Womai.com, Suning.com and Vip.com. Meanwhile, it has developed the B2C business by opening the Bright Life Flagship Store in Tmall  and Amazon. In JD and Tmall, it has dozens of franchised stores and exclusive shops. In addition, it has actively carried out the B2B2C business, and has become a major partner with Tmall  Supermarket (North China). The Company has set up the Micro Mall, opened the WeChat public account, and run the we-media platform of “Qumeiba” App. It will expand the new mode of e-commerce business and advance towards multi-platforms, multi-varieties and multi-modes.
    (4) OBM Business
    With the expansion of OBM, the Company implements the development model of independent research and cooperation in parallel. At present it has created 300 single items and its own brands including Yinya, Childe Miao, Zhaoxixiangchu, Shangzhen, the Delicacy, Wonderful Journey, Sharif, Mofuni.
    (5) International Business
    The Company has developed overseas markets and import & export businesses, expanded the international multilateral trade model, and established relations of cooperation with enterprises in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other area. Focus on the development of overseas direct mining products, the Company successfully imported Manuka honey from New Zealand, Paulaner beer from Germany, Healtheries health products from New Zealand, Bo.iko.l from Russia, Vita Coco from Thailand and other international renowned brands.
    (6) TPL Services
    The Company makes use of its resources of the logistics distribution center, advanced IT management and years of experiences in logistics distribution. Under the premises of meeting the needs for its own logistics distribution, it has established cooperation with many manufacturers in terms of TPL, and signed the cooperative agreements regarding distribution, warehousing and processing. Its qualified TPL services cover Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong and Inner Mongolia.
3. Logistics Distribution Center
    The Logistics Distribution Center is located in Laojuntang, Shibalidian Town, Chaoyang District, with easy access to the traffic as it is next to the Southeast Fifth Ring Road and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway. There is a modern warehouse complex covering an area of 220,000 square meters. There are 168000 standard locators with the capacity of 8 million TEU. The annual throughput capacity has reached 90 million with the daily maximum throughput being 600,000. The company is equipped with nearly 300 vans that are recognized as complying with the environmental standards by the Beijing Municipal Government. GPS is installed in the vans so that they can be dispatched with the help of computers so as to meet the needs of customers. Nearly 200 world-leading electric high forklift trucks and transport forklift trucks of Linde and Komatsu are used to comprehensively carry out the location management. Two auto sorting devices have been introduced from Japan, equipped with 71 slides with the speed of 9000 TEU/h. In 2013, two auto sorting lines with mechanical ability of 6300 inputs per hour were introduced into the Company. Each line is able to deal with 159 orders simultaneously. It provides more than 10,000 items with inventory control and warehousing services, which can meet the needs of scattered distribution of nearly 10,000 shops and thousands of 2nd tier wholesalers.
The company has also set up its warehouses in Miyun, Fangshan, Shunyi, Changping and Daxing Districts(all the above districts are outskirts of Beijing), and has established logistics distribution centers in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, connecting the suburbs of Beijing, the North China and even all over the country.
